Horizontal Double-layer Froth Sheet Ext
WSP-series Horizontal double-layers froth sheet extruding machine is mainly used to produce PP, PS froth sheet, it is also used to produce various top grade sheet of PP,PE,HIPS,ABS and EVA.
First. structure features
1、High quality PLC control system is adopted with large color LCD touch screen. The parameter of technology can be stored;
2、The primany and secondary extruding machines both adopt big length-diameter ratio of detached screw and good plasticization, which ensures the equal thickness and smoothness of the sheet;
3、Screw, machine barrel and die head are all adopt high quality alloy steel and nitrogen treatment;
4、Electric or hydraulic rapid net changing device;
5、Horizontal three-rollers structure, three rollers adopt direct connecting mode, which make the speed can be adjusted singly and jointly;
6、Adopt double-work position air shaft center rewinder device. The operation is convenient.
